Imagine feeling relaxed, calm and confident…

as you nurture your baby or child, gently and safely, with respect for their needs as you balance your own.

Whether you are planning the birth of your first baby, getting to know your precious newborn, or adapting to the changes as your biddable baby grows into an adventurous toddler, I can help you feel more CONFIDENT and ENJOY being a parent.

Real qualifications, real experience

I not only have the runs on the board professionally –I am an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), a Certified Infant Massage Instructor (CIMI) and a best-=selling author - I am also a mother of five.  So, as well as having worked very successfully with thousands of parents just like you, I also know exactly how it feels to be at the front-line –day and night!

I know how you feel

I know first hand the balancing act between meeting your child’s needs and taking care of yourself; I understand the enormous pressure to get everything ‘right’ – even when it seems your baby hasn’t read the same books as you have; and I know how confused you can feel when you are bombarded by conflicting information.

I have done the research for you – and made it simple to use, right now!

Please take heart – all information here is based on the latest research. However, it is presented so simply that even in a muddled new mama state, you will quickly feel in charge; you will bond deeply with your baby ( even after a difficult beginning); you will enjoy precious moments of delight with your little one and your confidence will soar!

Talking to Toddlers

Talking to Toddlers

Do the terrible twos have you stressed out? Is your 4-year old’s behavior driving you nuts? Are temper tantrums a regular event in your house? Maybe you find yourself pulling out your hair because your kids are difficult to control? Do you feel guilty because you yell at your kids too much, even though you love them tons? If this sounds like you, then the ‘Talking to Toddlers’ audio program will give you the tools you need to gain back your control and your sanity. The best part is that your kids will have no idea what you are doing.

“Talking to Toddlers” is a revolutionary new skills-based program created by Canadian Dad Chris Thompson that is well-presented, easy to learn and simple to implement.

Need help? Call in the reserves.

Mothers don't get sick leave and the buck stops with you, even when you are at your wits end and all of your resources (including energy and sanity!) have been used up. Often you feel too overwhelmed to even figure out WHAT would be helpful, let alone WHO may be able to help you....

Breastfeeding Simply (ebook)

"I have just completed your Breastfeeding Simply ebook and it is just fantastic. I am a midwife, a lactation consultant and a breastfeeding mum and have never read such a comprehensive book that is also easy to read and follow.

Your book is a must read and should be on every woman's (and man's) bookshelf. Thank you so much for your effort, you really have changed the way I look at breastfeeding and I know that my little boy, Luke, will benefit from all your knowledge and practical tips. THANK YOU SO MUCH."

Pinky says,
“I cannot recommend this beautiful music highly enough. I have used it with my own youngest child and I have seen its amazing effects on many babies and toddlers – it calms infants and parents alike!"

Pinky’s tip – begin playing ‘Music for Dreaming’ while you are pregnant. Your baby will remember and be soothed easily as it adapts to the sensory changes from womb to room.”
